I brought my wedding ring and engagement band to Midtown to be cleaned up and resized, and I'm so glad I did. They did an absolutely fabulous job! My 19- and 20-year-old rings look brand new again, and the staff couldn't have been kinder to work with -- Morva was wonderful! The shop is also lovely and has a stunning collection of jewelry for sale. I will totally be recommending Midtown Jewelers to anyone looking to either purchase or repair jewelry!

I walked in on a Saturday afternoon with two requests: resize one ring for me, and bring my elderly mother’s favorite ring back to life. Not only did they accomplish both, but they did it by the following Monday afternoon! Bobby was a joy to work with and communicated pricing and completion effectively. My mom feels so fancy with her ring all sparkling. Brought a huge smile to her face, so thank you for that, Midtown!

My fiance and I chose this place to shop for our wedding bands because of all of the great reviews - so it’s only fair that I do my part by sharing our wonderful experience with Lynn at Midtown Jewelers! We both went in knowing (thinking) we wanted plain gold bands, and Lynn was very helpful in explaining the different weights, metals, and finishes to order our custom rings. She even cleaned my engagement ring for me free of charge :) I ended up doing a final lap around the store just for fun and spotted this gorgeous and unique band that immediately felt more like “me” than what I’d initially come in for - and the one in store happened to be my exact size! We didn’t end up making our purchase right away, but Lynn was very helpful by allowing time to think on it and to just text her once we were ready. She then took care of placing the order for my fiancés ring and kept us in the loop along the way. We could not be more happy with these rings that we will wear every day for the rest of our lives, and working with Lynn at Midtown Jewelers made the experience that much more special. I’m now currently looking to purchase a gift for my mom and Lynn’s already reached out and been so helpful with that. Needless to say, we are officially lifetime customers and will use them for many of our jewelry needs in the future! Thank you!

My husband and I came in to redesign my wedding ring for a milestone anniversary. The whole process was smooth, there are many design options and the employees are all knowledgeable. My new rings came back quicker than expected and I was able to have them for our anniversary.

I loved my experience with Midtown Jewelers! My mother had passed away a few months ago and I inherited a few pieces of her jewelry. After contacting Lynn and talking with her through email and in store, I felt incredibly confident that they could repair her broken bracelets. The repairs came out perfectly and the process was so thorough and affordable, I also had them resize my mother’s ring as well. Midtown Jewelers treated my mother’s jewelry with respect and care and now I have beautiful pieces I can wear with me anywhere. Highly recommend!! Lynn and her associates were amazing.

Finding a unique and personal engagement ring can be challenging because you want it to be original. Lynn Ferguson from Midtown Jewelers helped us explore the possibilities and understand what could be achieved. Lynn used her contacts to locate and obtain stones that other jewelers considered too difficult to source. She then developed a color rendering of the finished product, which gave us confidence in the design. Lynn is a professional and was a pleasure to work with. We absolutely love the finished product and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend that others go to Lynn to realize their vision.

I absolutely love my stackable Sylvie ring!!! It is a beautiful mix of marquis and round diamonds. I've gotten so many compliments! Bobby was amazing. From helping me choose the perfect "index finger" ring and being patient because I tried on SO MANY different pieces! I had the best time in his store and even made a wish list. I can't wait to go back!!!
